Rocking with Beejan Land
World renowned relationship expert and counselor, Dr. Elena Eustache recently had the opportunity to sit down and talk one-on-one with a very special guest, Beejan Land.
Beejan Land is an Australian actor and award-winning playwright. He attended Jacques Lecoq School of Mime, Movement and Theater in Paris. He graduated from Newtown High School of Performing Arts, and also trained at Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP).
Beejan is best known for his roles in Damn Foreigners, Very Small Business, The Last Goodbye, Control Alt Delete, and All Saints.
During the interview, Beejan and Dr. Eustache discussed many different topics. Beejan talked extensively about his acting career and what prompted him to become an actor. According to Beejan, at a very early age, he began his performing career as a young magician. Being a magician on stage prompted him into an acting career.
He also spoke about the different roles and films he has played and performed in. He shared his experience on the set while working with actors such as Bill Murry and Kate Hudson in the film Rock the Kasbah. He also talked about his most exciting moments on set and the challenges that he has faced while working in the industry. Beejan believes that though the industry is tough, one should never give up nor take no for an answer.
Beejan is set to star in the thriller/drama film Embedded in which he plays a war journalist. He talked about both the mental and physical steps he has taken in order to be prepared for the role.
In addition, Beejan talks about his ability to speak four and a half languages, his favorite passion, his dream to become a director, and his goal to star in a TV show.
